Gianluca Schepis
Gianluca Schepis received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at York University in 2015. He obtained his P1 Licensed Paralegal designation from the Law Society of Ontario in 2017, after completing the Paralegal Graduate Certification Program at Centennial College in 2016, where he also obtained a Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate.
Gianluca has worked with Piera since 2017 and has appeared regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice, Small Claims Courts, and Licence Appeal Tribunal. At Segreto Law, Gianluca manages the Accident Benefits Department along with Small Claims Court and supports the lawyers at Segreto Law with litigation. Gianluca has extensive experience in the development and presentation of serious motor vehicle and personal injury claims, including establishing accident benefit entitlement, orchestrating rehabilitation efforts, resolving disputes with insurers and negotiating settlements. He is devoted to advocating for others who are unfamiliar to the process of Motor Vehicle Accident Claims, General Litigation, and other Small Claims Court matters.
In his spare time, Gianluca enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Toronto Raptors fan. He is conversant in Italian.
