Rahul Malholtra
Rahul Malhotra* is an Associate lawyer with Segreto Law. Rahul’s practice includes wrongful death, 18-wheeler, and commercial truck cases, in addition to industrial accidents, product liability, and insurance bad faith matters. Rahul was born in New Delhi, India, and raised in Toronto, Canada. He graduated in 1989 from the York University Political Science Program and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Houston School of Law in 1996, where he practiced. He currently resides in the Greater Toronto Area, with his wife and three sons.
Rahul’s entire career has consisted of representing individuals against corporations, oil companies, the insurance industry, and their insureds.
Rahul has received an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating a lawyer can achieve for their demonstrated legal ability and ethical standards in Texas.
Rahul has been selected by his peers as a Texas “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Reuters, an honor reserved for the top 5% of practicing attorneys in the State of Texas. Rahul is also a member of the Texas Bar Foundation, which provides funding to enhance the rule of law and the system of justice in Texas. Only one-half of one percent of the lawyers in the State have been bestowed with this honor. He has also been previously selected to Legal Leaders, Texas’ Top-Rated Lawyers.
Rahul is licensed to practice law in Texas, Federal and State District Courts, and the Province of Ontario. He is a member of the Ector and Midland County Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario.
